I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxury hotel in downtown Manhattan. The location was perfect as it was right on Broadway, close to three different subway lines, allowing me to easily explore many great neighborhoods. The room itself was impeccable, with gorgeous decor and a stunning view of the city skyline. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, providing all the necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff who made sure that every detail was taken care of. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, ensuring a great start to the day. the hotel had fantastic facilities, including a fitness center and spa, allowing guests to fully relax and unwind during their stay. my experience was nothing short of outstanding.

The lack of a picnic basket service, as I had requested it from the concierge but never received an update.

Great service with a quiet location, perfect for a city trip. the front desk wished me a happy birthday and the room was spacious. the hotel had a nice restaurant and a good selection of liquors at the bar.

The room was not ready at check-in time and the spa was small with limited amenities. the steam room was crowded and couldn't adjust the steam/heat.

Outstanding muffins at breakfast. Extra comfy beds. Garden to look forward to. Offered a tour of facilities. Rooms kept city noise out. Liked electric curtains and lighting.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the financial district, which was a perfect location for my business trip. Being close to my conference venue made my commute hassle-free, and I had the opportunity to explore different neighborhoods in the city. The room I stayed in was well-appointed and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a spacious work desk. The bathroom was also impressive, with a walk-in shower and a bathtub for relaxation. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the attentive front desk to the friendly room service. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant offered a variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, such as the access to room service through an iPad and the easy-to-use in-room climate control, added convenience to my stay.

The food served at the hotel's restaurant fell short of my expectations.

We chose this hotel for its prime location during a quick business trip. Having previously stayed at the Four Seasons in the UES, I was excited to experience their newest addition downtown.

This hotel is a true luxury experience. the exclusive amenities were outstanding, with a variety of treatments in the top-notch Spa and Wellness centre. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. the full body massage and facial were a delight, and the beauty treatment was exceptional too. the restaurant and bar area was top standard offering in-room breakfast and special diet menus. the location was perfect and private facilities were excellent.

The only minor issue was the parking, as it was challenging to find a nearby spot. But the service was exceptional, and the staff went the extra mile to make up for the inconvenience.

The noise from the housekeeping entrance was quite disruptive, especially in the early morning. the prices for food and beverages were exorbitant, making it difficult to enjoy a meal without breaking the bank.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of availability for in, room breakfast, which could only be ordered up until a certain time. this was easily remedied by enjoying breakfast at the on, site restaurant.
