I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxury hotel in downtown Manhattan. The location was perfect as it was right on Broadway, close to three different subway lines, allowing me to easily explore many great neighborhoods. The room itself was impeccable, with gorgeous decor and a stunning view of the city skyline. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, providing all the necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff who made sure that every detail was taken care of. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, ensuring a great start to the day. the hotel had fantastic facilities, including a fitness center and spa, allowing guests to fully relax and unwind during their stay. my experience was nothing short of outstanding.

The lack of a picnic basket service, as I had requested it from the concierge but never received an update.

Great service with a quiet location, perfect for a city trip. The front desk wished me a happy birthday and the room was spacious. The hotel had a nice restaurant and a good selection of liquors at the bar.

Excellent muffins at breakfast. Extra comfy beds. Garden to look forward to. Offered a tour of facilities. Rooms kept city noise out. Liked electric curtains and lighting.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the financial district, which was a perfect location for my business trip. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant offered a variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, such as the access to room service through an iPad and the easy-to-use in-room climate control, added convenience to my stay.

This hotel is a true luxury experience. the exclusive amenities were outstanding, with a variety of treatments in the top-notch Spa and Wellness centre. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. the full body massage and facial were a delight, and the beauty treatment was exceptional too. the restaurant and bar area was top standard offering in-room breakfast and special diet menus. the location was perfect and private facilities were excellent.

The only minor issue was the parking, as it was challenging to find a nearby spot. But the service was exceptional, and the staff went the extra mile to make up for the inconvenience.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of availability for in, room breakfast, which could only be ordered up until a certain time. this was easily remedied by enjoying breakfast at the on, site restaurant.
